A suppression mind can bring great happiness!

Our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think. Suffering follows an evil thought as the wheels of a cart follow the oxen that draw it. Our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think. Joy follow a pure thought like a shadow that never leaves!

Live life knowing that you will die, then you can let go of what you accumulate with craving. Live knowing that you will die thinking, about death.

Caring for elderly parents is a noble virtue, not caring is cowardice!
